WEIGHT COMPARISON

For a long time, Benegas was able to profile itself as THE solution for your search for a lightweight gas cylinder. But since the arrival of lightweight steel bottles from, for example, Primagaz, the weight issue is no longer so relevant. The prices, on the other hand, are. Since the price increase, Benegas appears to mainly distinguish itself as the most expensive option.

PRICE COMPARISON

Of course we still encourage the resolute choice for sustainable and safe! Then the Benegas gas bottles remain the ideal solution. They try to compensate for the serious price increase with a lower guarantee, but for many that is just a bandage on the wound. Are you guided by the price? Then we are happy to offer Primagaz with their relevant cheaper offer.

REFILLABLE GAS BOTTLES

Another option is to have refillable bottles installed. You can then fill those bottles yourself with a gas of your choice at a much cheaper rate per filling. However, keep in mind that the filling points for propane are gradually disappearing from the street scene. You can fill LPG in many places, but filling it yourself at gas stations has been prohibited by law in our country since 2016, as well as in more and more other countries. In addition, the warranty on the gas appliances in your camper (such as heating, refrigerator, stove, boiler, etc.) is void if you choose LPG. By using gas filters correctly, you can in practice completely purify the LPG, but suppliers do not take this into account.
