History
Frankia was founded in 1960 by Gustav Gross. Just 13 years later, the first models on Mercedes-Benz chassis were produced. In the 1990s, Frankia joined the French Pilote Group but maintained its production in Germany. Five years ago, a new, young, and dynamic director took the helm. Konstantin Döhler streamlined the entire range into a series of Liners on Fiat and a series on Mercedes, allowing for even higher quality. Finally, Frankia also launched a new brand: YUCON. With Yucon, they focus on demanding adventurers seeking a high-end campervan on the Mercedes Sprinter (4x4).
