Summary of Vanomobil rental conditions
From info on guaranteeing included mileage to travel tips and finding a place to stay, here you will find all the extra info you need to plan your rental adventure.
ALL-IN
The rental prices are all-in, i.e. VAT 21% incl., toilet product, gas consumption, comprehensive insurance, fire, theft, assistance and repatriation insurance (VAB 24h/24h), glass breakage, natural disasters, animal collision and stray game.
KILOMETERS
From a 2-week rental, you enjoy unlimited kilometres.
Less than 2 weeks rental: 250 km / day included = 750 km / weekend included = 1750 km / week included.
Extra kilometres at €0.30/km.
GUARANTEE
The deposit is transferred one week before collection or the day of departure by bank transfer. The deposit is equal to the amount of the exemption from comprehensive insurance.
COMFORT & COMFORT PLUS: € 1200
PRESTIGE : € 1500
SUPERIOR : € 1900
We also require an additional deposit in the following cases:
€ 250 extra for drivers < 23 years old
€ 500 extra for pets
50% extra for winter trips
SERVICE CHARGES
The service fee includes administration costs, preparation and testing of the motorhome and a professional explanation.
It is a flat rate amount based on the equipment level under which the rental motorhome falls:
COMFORT & COMFORT PLUS : € 195
PRESTIGE : € 220
SUPERIOR : € 245
DRIVING LICENCE
A B driving licence is sufficient for all our hire motorhomes.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
6% of the total rental price can be subscribed by the tenant.
RETURN
Return the motorhome with empty holding tank, empty toilet cassette and fully polished.
Failure to do so will be deducted from the deposit:
€ 75 cleaning outside
€ 50/hr and min. € 100 interior cleaning
€ 25 emptying toilet cassette
€ 25 emptying waste water tank
€ 25 cleaning Travel Packs
The fresh water tank does not need refilling.
FUEL CONSUMPTION
Fuel and Ad Blue consumption are at the tenant's expense.
The motorhomes are delivered with a full fuel tank and should be so.
ROAD AND ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITS
The purchase of the necessary road and environmental permits is at the tenant's expense.
SECURE CAR PARKING
For €3.5/day incl. VAT, we offer secure storage for your car for the duration of the trip.
OTHER NOTES
- Please check the motorhome details on the website for the extra length and capacity of the bike rack.
- Half of the rental price is settled at reservation, the balance 4 weeks before departure.
- Violations during the rental period are the responsibility of the hirer.
