The Belgian Cycling Championships will take place in Zottegem this year and Vanomobil has to be there! We are organising an exclusive Vanomobil Camper Village where flandriens, supporters and cycling tourists can park their camper vans and enjoy this great weekend. Vanomobil Camper Village is open from samedi 22 juin jusqu'à dimanche 23 juin 2024.
Our camper village is located at the beautiful Bevegemse Vijvers, a unique location near the BK track. Just a 5-minute walk through the Breivelde castle domain, we will also set up an exclusive supporters' area where we can enjoy no fewer than 7 passages of the riders: 3x the ladies and 4x the men during the final rounds.

Vanomobil customers get first chance!
Do you have a Vanomobil motorhome and would like to spend the night in our Camper Village? We wouldn't be Vanomobil if we didn't give our customers an extra treat this weekend. As there are only a limited number of places in our exclusive Camper Village, we want to give our customers the very first chance to be there through a pre-sale. You will have one week to get your tickets, after which ticket sales will open to the general public. The pre-sale starts from Tuesday 28/05/2024, so do not hesitate any longer and reserve your spot in our Camper Village immediately.
Practical info
- From 28/05/2024, you can book a place at our exclusive Vanomobil Camper Village here!
- You can enjoy BBQ on Saturday night and breakfast on Sunday, but only with reservation and payment in advance! For the food trucks on Sunday, there is no need to book in advance.
- Please note that there is no 220V, water or discharge point available.
- The swimming pool sanitary facilities are available during pool opening hours.
- Parking space size: we provide a standard space for motorhomes shorter than 7.5m (bike rack included) and XL spaces for motorhomes longer than 7.5m (bike rack included). We cannot accommodate motorhomes longer than 9.5m or heavier than 7.5 tonnes. Upon arrival, a control measurement can be taken in case of doubt, as we want to offer everyone a nice pitch. We also kindly ask you to leave trailers and the like at home.
- You can arrive and set up Saturday morning 22/6 from 10am. Everyone parks according to arrival. So you cannot reserve, choose or keep spaces free. If you want to park next to each other, it is important that you arrive together. Thank you for your patience and please follow the instructions of our staff so that everything can run smoothly and safely.
- The camper village is on a slope, so be sure to bring high levels!
- As the access road to the car park is on the track, no one can leave the car park with their motorhome on Sunday until the track is released (around 6pm). Thank you for your understanding and patience and please follow the instructions of our staff so that everything can run smoothly and safely.

Contributions
We try to keep entry fees as low as possible and only wish to cover the costs incurred. All profits made by this event will be passed on in full to Parkili ASBL. Parkili.be aims to improve the well-being of people with Parkinson's, get them moving, push for greater understanding and raise funds for research into better treatment.
- Standard admission ticket valid for the entire weekend €49 (for motorhomes shorter than 7,5 m including bicycle rack)
- XL admission ticket valid for the entire weekend €65 (for motorhomes longer than 7,5m including bicycle rack but maximum 9,5m)
- BBQ on saturday night €29/person: a sausage, chicken breast, scampi brochette and piece of leg ham (or vegetarian alternatives), cold vegetables, potato salad, bread, hot and cold sauces.
- Hot bakery package €12/person: 1 croissant + 1 chocolate bun + 2 pistolets
- Luxury breakfast package €22/person: hot bakery package + fresh fruit juice, cheese, ham, chocolate, jam, butter and yoghurt
Track info
The start of the course is on the Sint-Lievens-Houtemmarket and the finish at BMW Meerschman - Buke in Zottegem.
The ladies will start at 11h00 and the elite men at 12h10, both on the Sint-Lievens-Houtem market square. The finish line for both women and men will be drawn at BMW Meerschman - Buke in Zottegem. The women are expected at the finish around 2pm, the men around 5.15pm.
