Motorhome Update

The new flagship of Frankia: Noctra Liner

Our advisors Ronny and Niels spent 10 days at Caravan Salon Düsseldorf, at the Frankia stand. Their verdict: no other model drew as many visitors as the new Noctra Liner. They immediately managed to secure one for our own stand at Mobicar, since after the show it will still take a while before this model can be viewed in a showroom. That enthusiasm is no coincidence: for Frankia, the Noctra Liner isn't just another addition to the range, it will eventually replace no fewer than three existing lines (Platin, Titan and F-Line). At our Mobicar stand, we're showing the flagship, the Noctra Liner.

A cockpit without compromise

Frankia rethought not just the front, but the cockpit itself. The brand deliberately chose not to include a driver's door: the cab and passenger seat form one uninterrupted space, with extra storage compartments and induction charging pads for smartphones built into the armrests. For those who'd rather skip classic wing mirrors, optional cameras display the view on two screens on either side of the windscreen, a clear advantage in the rain.

8.3 L: the flagship
At 8.45 m long and with three axles, the 8.3 L is the largest model in the Noctra range. Cab and seating area flow into one another for a maximum sense of space, what Frankia itself describes as a "loft feel". This version comes standard with the largest kitchen in the whole Noctra range, a wardrobe that reaches all the way to the ceiling, a smart integrated TV with touch control, and an optional electric lift-up bed that fits discreetly into the living area.

7.6 L: more compact, no less thoughtful
The Noctra Liner 7.6 L is 7.80 m long and weighs up to 4,500 kg. At the rear are two separate beds just under 2 m long, with mattresses on plate springs and access via two steps. Under each bed is a well-sized wardrobe, accessible from the front and the top. Above the cab seats, an optional lift-up bed can be fitted, meaning the 7.6 L sleeps two as standard, and up to four if needed.

A modern bathroom for comfortable me-time moments

The adjoining bathroom offers a choice between a classic cassette toilet or the Clesana dry toilet system. The Clesana dry toilet uses no water and works on the same principle as a nappy bin: each toilet visit is individually sealed in an airtight bag, so there's no need to think about a dump station, and your fresh and grey water supplies (180L / 150L) last longer. The spacious walk-in shower is served by the standard Alde water heater, built into the double floor.

A luxurious kitchen across the range

Frankia focuses on practical kitchen details. The worktop is made from high-quality mineral material with raised edges, and the sink cover doubles as an extension of the worktop. On the 7.6 L, you cook on a hybrid hob with two gas burners and one induction zone. The ever-popular coffee machine gets a fixed spot in the tall cupboard, with a pull-out shelf in the compartment above so the full depth of that cupboard stays usable. A compressor fridge comes as standard.

Smart storage

Under the floor, Frankia introduces a new double-floor concept, with a separate compartment for the electronics and a large, continuous storage space that can optionally be opened with a simple tap, with its contents sliding towards you like a drawer instead of you having to reach in. The garage has a ribbed floor (with optional anti-slip mats) and storage compartments on both sides, handy for smaller gear.
