Once upon a time in The Far Maaseik...

Our team building at Warredal was truly unforgettable. On a sunny Tuesday evening, we arrived at the site and were warmly welcomed before being taken by golf carts to our cosy cabins in the woods. No motorhomes this time, but a back-to-basics experience without compromising on comfort = exactly how we like it.

Cowboys know how to party

In each cabin, a cowboy hat and bandana were waiting for us, setting the tone for the themed evening. William won the title of best cowboy, although Hannes made quite an impression with his horse Tornado.
In the tipi by the water, we enjoyed a delicious BBQ accompanied by locally brewed wine. The cowboy theme and the DJ created an amazing afterparty, the energy just kept going.

Adventure in the forests of Maaseik

The morning kicked off with a djembé session, a great way to wake up as the sun cleared the morning mist. As fun as it was, we discovered that as a team we are definitely better at working on motorhomes than keeping a steady rhythm. At the indoor adventure park, we let our inner child loose. Fabian was the fastest on the kids’ course, and Tom set an impressive record by stacking 18 beer crates. During the orientation walk and high ropes course in the forest, we strengthened our team spirit and got to know each other better.

The Vanomobil family

This team building once again confirmed what we already knew: Vanomobil is, and will remain, a family company we are proud to be part of. Working at Vanomobil feels a bit like being on holiday every day — not just during team building events.

Kapcon organised everything to perfection, and Warredal provided the ideal setting. But it was our colleagues who truly made this experience unforgettable.

What a team. We are already looking forward to the next edition.
