Have your motorhome financed

You don't have to have a savings account to enjoy a motorhome. After all, the majority of our customers buy their camper on financing. A monthly payment at unprecedentedly low rates in exchange for the freedom of traveling wherever and whenever you want, a great deal, right? Moreover, we are happy to relieve you of all the administrative hassle, so that you can focus on your travel plans.

• Yes, borrowing money also costs money, but the rates are currently historically low.
• Even if you have saved enough, it may still be interesting to keep your savings aside for as an emergency fund and have your motorhome financed.
• 70% of our customers purchase their motorhome on financing, approximately half of which take out financing through Vanomobil.
• You can choose to have the full amount or only part of the amount financed.
• If the amounts involved are very large, an advance may be requested so that the monthly contributions remain affordable.
• Because a motorhome retains its value longer than a car, you can spread the payment over 12 years. This does not prevent you from selling it earlier, as you can always terminate your credit earlier or include the outstanding balance in new financing.
• You can sell the motorhome second-hand before the entire loan has been paid off. Please feel free to contact your contact person at Vanomobil and we will discuss what the best solution is for you. A motorhome retains its value for longer, so there is a good chance that the purchase price will at least correspond to the outstanding balance.
• There are two options for obtaining financing: via Vanomobil or via your own bank.

FINANCING VIA VANOMOBIL

Vanomobil is an intermediary in consumer loans officially recognized by Febelfin. Our salespeople have the required certificate, for which they must regularly attend training and take exams. They can therefore help you obtain financing that is suitable for you.

The big advantage is that you very quickly know where you can expect. During the sales conversation, our salesperson will make the application for you and fifteen minutes later you will know whether you are eligible. If you want a loan for more than €50,000, the application must go through the credit committee, but even then you will be informed faster than having to make an appointment with your own bank.

We have been working with Alpha Credit, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas Fortis, for years. There are of course also other players on the market such as Cetelem, Record Bank, Van Breda Car Finance and many more. However, we have been choosing Alpha Credit for years. First and foremost because the rates are always among the lowest on the market. Furthermore, they are very correct and we receive a very quick response to a credit application, even on Saturdays. Together we will provide you with the most affordable loan.

Approval for financing from Alpha Credit depends on many different factors and each application is considered and processed on a case-by-case basis. We therefore guarantee personal follow-up of your case.

ARRANGE FINANCING YOURSELF

You can of course also take out a loan yourself, for example from your own bank. But experience shows that it can easily take several weeks before everything is finalized. In that case, we strongly recommend that you already confirm the purchase “subject to financing”. This way you can take out an option on your dream camper for free and you do not run the risk of others being too quick for you while you are still working on the arrangements at the bank.
