The 12 mm thick pizza stone has a heat distributor for optimal (oven) performance and can withstand temperatures up to 300°C. The stone is made of heat-resistant cordierite, which draws moisture from the dough. The result: a tasty crispy pizza crust! Besides baking pizzas, this pizza stone is also perfect for baking bread, focaccia or croissants. Includes a handy storage bag.
TIP: simply clean the pizza stone with a dry cloth and avoid using washing-up liquid and water. -
