After almost 40 years of experience, we have a pretty good idea of what two travellers really need in a campervan. Not the longest options list, but space where it matters, good beds, comfort on the road and technology you can rely on well beyond the summer months.

When Adria launched the new Twin 600 SLB, we immediately saw the ideal starting point. Its exceptionally spacious lounge and comfortable twin beds particularly stood out. So we created our own Twin DUO: an exclusive Vanomobil configuration, put together exactly as we would choose it ourselves.

25 cm of extra space. Right where you feel it every day.

In a campervan of around six metres, every centimetre matters. Yet the Twin DUO’s lounge is approximately 25 cm wider than in many comparable campervans, while the table is up to 10 cm wider too.

On paper, that difference may sound small. In everyday use, it is enormous. This is where you have breakfast, read, work, plan your next stop or spend a long evening together when the weather keeps you inside. Thanks to the clever Cup-Mate table, you have a full-size tabletop whenever you need it without constantly sacrificing valuable living space.

And as soon as the weather improves, the large standard Thule awning creates your own sheltered outdoor living area in seconds.

Two proper beds. Or one wonderfully large bed.

At the rear, two comfortable twin beds await, with quality mattresses and Latoflex bed bases. Getting in and out is easy, and you don't have to disturb each other during the night.

Prefer sleeping together? The two beds can easily be transformed into a generous double bed measuring approximately 195 x 175 cm. So you don't have to choose between the convenience of separate beds and the comfort of one large double bed.

Configured for travelling, not for filling an options list

Technically too, we chose equipment that makes a real difference on the road.

The 8-speed automatic transmission makes long journeys more relaxed and comfortable. Diesel heating reduces your dependence on gas bottles, uses fuel available throughout Europe and can also heat the campervan while you are driving.

The technical double floor and heated and insulated waste-water tank make the Twin DUO particularly suitable for travelling beyond the traditional summer season. A powerful charging booster also efficiently recharges the leisure battery while you drive.
