Nansen

With the new Nansen range, Westfalia returns to the heart of the Fiat Ducato market. The name is a nod to the Norwegian explorer Fridtjof Nansen, and succeeds the now-discontinued Amundsen line. Both floorplans are built on the Fiat Ducato, with a 140 hp Multijet engine and 8-speed automatic as standard, 160 or 180 hp optional, and seating for 4 (registered seats).

The range consists of two floorplans. The 640LS (6.36 m) is the "grand comfort" version, with an electrically adjustable bed that makes way for an XXL garage up to 1.60 m high and, optionally, a third sleeping place at the front, a 157-litre compressor fridge with a separate freezer compartment, and a vario bathroom with a pivoting partition between shower and toilet. The 600L (5.99 m) opts for two flexible transverse bunk beds providing 4 sleeping places, ideal for families, with a more compact 90-litre fridge and a bathroom following a different, walk-through concept.

Both models share a fully equipped kitchen with worktop and two gas burners, dimmable LED lighting, premium upholstery, and as standard a 95-litre fresh water tank, an 85-litre waste water tank and a 4,000 W Truma diesel heater. For the bodywork, alongside the standard white, you can choose from several colours, including optional metallic shades, with upholstery in Missouri or Hampton fabric and 16-inch alloy wheels.
