The Westfalia Columbus 540D combines compact manoeuvrability with genuine touring comfort. At only 5.41 metres long, it moves easily through narrow streets, is simple to manoeuvre on smaller pitches and fits into parking spaces more easily.

Inside, Westfalia makes intelligent use of every centimetre. The Roseland interior, panoramic Skyview roof and dimmable LED lighting create a refined atmosphere. At the rear, a fixed double bed measuring 197 × 130 cm is always ready for use and offers almost two metres of sleeping length.

HIGH-END HEATING, RARE IN A COMPACT MOTORHOME

Westfalia is one of the few brands to install a full diesel-powered liquid heating system in such a compact motorhome. This is not a basic blown-air heater. Heated fluid circulates through convectors and pipes to provide quiet, even and comfortable warmth.

The underfloor heating is not a simple 12V electric mat either. Heated fluid flows through channels integrated into the floor, including beneath the heated shower tray. The Premium Pack also adds a heated waste-water tank, extra insulation, insulating mats and an additional convector in the cab.

Thanks to Plugtronic, the heating system can also operate on 230V, reducing diesel consumption when connected at a campsite. The heated windscreen and heated front seats complete the impressive winter comfort.
