Expansion of the Environmental Sticker in France
Since January 1, 2025, all French cities with more than 150,000 inhabitants have a permanent Low Emission Zone (zones à Faibles Emissions). This means that if you want to visit one of these cities with your car or camper, you must have a Crit'Air environmental sticker.

What is the cost of the French environmental sticker?
On the official government website, the sticker costs 4.91 euros, including shipping costs. The sticker remains valid for the entire lifespan of your vehicle. Be careful, only purchase the sticker from the following website: https://www.certificat-air.gouv.fr/. Many other websites charge up to 5 times the original price.
What is the delivery time for the sticker?
The average delivery time for the sticker is between 10 and 14 days.
I am renting a camper from Vanomobil, what should I do?
Our rental vehicles will all be equipped with the correct French and German environmental stickers in 2025. You do not need to apply for a sticker for these countries. Traveling to another country? Make sure to inform yourself in advance so you can order any necessary stickers in time.
